questions we get a lot
how do i delete my account?
in the app: settings → delete account. it cascades through everything we hold for you — account, calls, transcripts, memories, summaries, searches, tokens — within 30 days. if you can't get to the in-app option, email us and we'll do it manually within one business day.
how do i export my data?
email aria@paralleluniverse.ai from the address on file (or include your phone number for verification). we'll send everything we hold within 30 days, in a portable format.
how do i delete a single memory aria has of me?
in the app: memory → tap any card → swipe left or tap the trash icon. the row is removed immediately, and the embedding goes with it.
how do i cancel my subscription?
aria is currently in private beta and free. once paid plans launch, billing runs through Apple in-app purchase. you cancel directly with Apple:
- iPhone settings → tap your name → subscriptions → aria → cancel
- or visit Apple's manage subscriptions page
we don't process payments directly and can't refund Apple charges — those follow Apple's refund policy.
i didn't get my SMS verification code
most of the time it's a carrier delay; wait 60 seconds and tap "send again." if it still doesn't arrive, double-check the country code (we need the full international format, e.g. +1 for US, +91 for india). if it persists, email us — we can verify you manually.
aria called and i wasn't expecting it
scheduled calls happen at times you set up in the app. if you want to pause all scheduled calls, settings → scheduled calls → toggle off. if you got a call you don't recognize, email us immediately — we want to know.
aria misremembered something / forgot something important
memory is the hardest part of what we're building, and it's not perfect. you can correct her live during a call ("no, the interview is on tuesday, not thursday"); she'll update the memory. you can also edit or delete any memory from the memory tab in the app. if she keeps getting something wrong, email us with the specifics — we use these reports to improve the recall layer.
can i use aria for therapy / medical advice / legal advice?
no. aria is a companion, not a clinician. she's intentionally warm, which can feel like more than it is. for medical, psychological, legal, or financial decisions, talk to a licensed professional — nothing aria says replaces that.
how do i report a security issue?
email aria@paralleluniverse.ai with the subject line "security." we treat security reports as priority-one and will get back to you the same day, usually within hours.
